Brain Health for Caregivers

My Healthy Brain is a group program designed for caregivers that aims to help improve lifestyle habits to promote brain health, optimize memory, and enhance other types of thinking. Caregivers are at an increased risk of cognitive changes, so this program focuses on the protection of brain health and prevention of dementia.

The program involves 8 virtual group sessions led by an MGH psychologist where you’d learn skills and strategies to manage memory changes as well as the link between memory and lifestyle factors like smoking, diet, and exercise.
